New records of Agriocnemis keralensis Peters, 1981 and Gynacantha khasiaca MacLachlan, 1896 (Insecta: Odonata) from Maharashtra, India

Agriocnemis keralensis Peters, 1981 is reported for the first time from Maharashtra, India. Previously it was known Kerala and Goa states. In this paper we report A. Thakurwadi Bambuli wetlands Chipi Plateau, Sindhudurg District. Also, new record of Gynacantha khasiaca MacLachlan, 1896 confirmed on basis specimens collected Hence, range extension both G. in northern Western Ghats. Apart this, a combined checklist Odonata fauna (51 species), (44 Plateau species) provided.
